This Forest
We walk in this forest together,
eyes lowered and searching.
Ears tuned to every note....
Our nostrils inhale life around us
and our hands reach out to touch.
Our bodies merge in unison
until our souls cry out
with love.
In day and night, black and white,
hot and cold, young and old,
breathing out and breathing in
where life begins and duality ends...
where all things
become One...
we walk
in this forest
together...
